This event is best for snowshoers or people that have skis with skins. This is basically a race to Snowflake Lodge, and whoever gets there first wins a season pass. Last year a snowshoer made it to the top in 8 minutes. We have a continental breakfast waiting for competitors and give away additional prizes. We decided to call it the "Uphill Downhill Race" this year because we're adding an advanced race, where participants can go to the top of Crystal, ski down our Ridge Run and then hike back up to Snowflake. www.diamondpeak.com
