Earning a spot along side other top Lake Tahoe / Incline Village restaurants, Frederick's california/french-asian fusion dishes have drawn a following to it's unique and classy atmosphere. Copper-top tables are a nice upscale touch to this trendy bistro.
Locals recommend the braised lamb shank, Parmesan gnocchi, or fresh
sushi rolls. The rest of the menu contains french-asian fusion meals
using organic produce and free-range meats.
Although you'll need to book a reservation, Frederick's usually seats plenty of people on a Friday night around 8:30 to 9:30. Also they have a live DJ on Saturday nights. Locals have said that Frederick's becomes much more of a lounge during the evening.
