Home Inspections
Although we do go to each home several times per year, many of our owners like the additional peace of mind having one of our staff go to the home more. We happily do this for a small fee and will check through the following.
Current Home Inspections Offerings
- Check all doors and window to ensure proper function and that there has not been any intrusion or weather leaks
- Check for unauthorized entry
- Check that hot water is flowing
- Check hot water tank for leaks (provided it is within the home)
- Check in and around and under all sinks for leaks
- Check toilets for leaks and ensure proper function
- Check walls for any evidence of outside water intrusion
- Check that all lights are operating
- Check for proper function of smoke detectors (replace batteries if necessary)
- Check that fire extinguisher is available and accessible
- Check for any pests
- Check for any extensive snow build up
- Check garbage disposal for proper operation and no build up
