Meet Our Staff
Our Lake Tahoe staff is comprised of experienced, licensed property managers who can give personal opinions to better serve your needs. Each of our staff members has visited our properties and is able to give full descriptions of the property. Although you are able to search, view and reserve our properties online we are available to you 7 days a week 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any inquiries or concerns.
The owner, Blane Johnson, has lived in Incline for 32 years and is proud to call Incline Village his hometown. He and his family are very actively involved with the local community. Each year they participate in an annual fundraiser such as the Follies, which typically raises nearly $100,000 annually for the local schools. Katie, Blane’s daughter, has grown up with Incline at Tahoe. Blane and Katie are active with Incline Village CYMBAL. He currently sits on the Boards of CYMBAL and Tahoe-CAN, which oversees 65 local non-profit. In addition to fundraising, they help in the schools reading with the students, help at the snack bars and dances, coaching, refereeing and umpiring local sports, joining in and sponsoring local community events. Also, Blane will be President of the Nevada Board of Realtors for 2012 is 2010 past President for Incline Village Board of Realtors.
Andrea Cohen, a long time local resident of Incline Village, has been managing our rentals since 1995, but she has been in the industry for 20+ years. Andrea is an avid outdoor adventure hound. On her days off she is snowboarding, hiking, wake boarding, spinning, well the list goes on. Basically she is someone you want find out what to do & where to go. Raising 4 kids in the local area has kept Andrea involved in the schools. Her youngest son is now attending college.
Meredith Mall is our go to girl. Adventure! Travel! Explore! Meredith seems to have done it all. Before joining the team, Meredith traveled overseas and lived and worked in Germany for almost three years. She loves working with our clients. You’ll hear it in her cheerful voice as she listens to what you especially want to enjoy in your Tahoe vacation. Catch her enthusiasm about the Tahoe lifestyle.
Tiffany Stanbury, the newest member of our family has
recently moved back to Incline after 5 years in Las Vegas. She graduated
with a Hospitality Management degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas
in 2010. Tiffany also spent a semester abroad in Australia exploring, surfing,
a scuba diving around the Great Barrier Reef. She has an extensive background
in the tourism industry, and is excited to bring home all the knowledge and
experience she has acquired during her travels and studies. Tiffany grew up in
Incline Village, and knows all the great local secret spots to hike, ski, dine,
and relax. She is currently studying for her real estate and property
management license and is looking forward to help guests not only with vacation
rentals, but property management questions as well!
