Meet Our Staff
Our Lake Tahoe staff is comprised of experienced, licensed property managers who can give personal opinions to better serve your needs. Each of our staff members has visited our properties and is able to give full descriptions of the property. Although you are able to search, view and reserve our properties online we are available to you 7 days a week 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any inquiries or concerns.
The owner, Blane Johnson, has lived in Incline for 28 years and is proud to call Incline Village his hometown. He and his family are very actively involved with the local community. Each year they participate in an annual fundraiser such as the Follies, which typically raises nearly $100,000 annually for the local schools. Katie, Blane’s daughter, organized her 4th grade class into cleaning up parks and streams from the school to the soccer fields at the village green. In addition to fundraising and helping to keep our community clean, we help in the schools reading with the students, help at the snack bars and dances, coaching, refereeing and umpiring local sports, joining in and sponsoring local community events.
Andrea Cohen, a long time local resident of Incline Village, has been managing our rentals for 12 years but she has been in the industry for over 20 years. Andrea is an avid outdoor adventure hound. On her days off she is snowboarding, hiking, wakeboarding, spinning, well the list goes on. Basically she is someone you want find out what to do & where to go. Raising 4 kids in the local area has kept Andrea involved in the schools. On a weekly basis she assists the teachers in the classrooms with reading and other activities for the students.
Chris Paulsen is our well-traveled, worldly minded, humorist who always offers a helping hand. He prides himself on accommodating our clients to the fullest extent. He is a retired Lieutenant Col. of the U.S. Air force. In addition to serving our country he has served on of our country’s favorite sport. Chris has umpired little league baseball for over 20 years, earning himself the “Favorite, funniest umpire” award.
Kaylie Titus, who is originally from Oregon, took advantage of the opportunity to transplant to Incline Village. Kaylie’s organizational skills and ‘go get it’ attitude earned her the project manager title here in the office. She also manages the photography and virtual tours for all of our properties. During her spare time, she enjoys a night out with her friends at a local scene for music and dancing. Kaylie has also been gifted with a great palette which she puts to good use with wine tasting events.
