• November 5th:  SKI SWAP @ Truckee -  The 29th Annual Truckee Ski Swap is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center with new and used equipment, clothing and winter gear. Local ski shop reps on hand. Benefits Truckee youth sports programs. $2 ages 13+, free 12 and under. (530) 582- 7720.
• November 12th:  TAHOE XC SKI SWAP @ Tahoe City - Tahoe Cross Country hosts its annual ski swap from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Register items for sale on Nov. 11 from 2 to 9 p.m. Volunteers needed.  (530) 583-5475    http://www.tahoexc.org/
