Rules & Regulations

Monthly Giveaway Rules and Guidelines:

• We will giveaway a 3 nights stay in one of our properties once per month*
• Expires 9 months from date of drawing.
• Cannot be used during any major holidays - Christmas, New Years, Washington’s Bday and 6/15 to 9/14.
• Winners who book are responsible for the refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Winners who book are subject to all Incline at Tahoe Realty Rules and Regulations, including those for bookings and cancellations. 

Restrictions:

• No Purchase Necessary
• Giveaways cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Giveaways cannot be negotiated or upgraded.
• Giveaways cannot be transferred to another person.
• Incline at Tahoe Realty Property Owners and Employees ineligible.
• ITR works collectively with the owners of each specific prize property.  In the rare case that the prize property is removed from the rental program before booking, the prize is void and is not transferable to another property. 
  
• During the summer high season the newsletter is temporarily suspended.  During this time no prize is given away. 
  

* Some properties may be extended for an additional month.  In this case only one 3-night stay will be given away for that total time period.
