We are very proud of our state of the art website. Check out our ability to; book and pay online, email to friends, save your search, map the property, detailed search criteria. Others are now trying to catch up with all of the features of our website but we are still considered the leaders in web site design and function. We currently have over 8000 hits per months and growing. This insures that you are getting in front of the majority of people that are considering renting in Lake Tahoe.

Marketed to Search Engines and Industry Web Sites

Much of our advertising dollar goes to SEO (search engine optimization). This helps to grow our site organically and keeps us well positioned for most of the premium key word phrases.

We advertise on several lateral sites that bring additional business outside of our own website. Most of these are fee based sites but because of our size we will usually receive added benefit of volume pricing. This allows us to continue to extend our reach.

Up-to-Date Booking & Maintenance

We have searched (and used) several different software companies to be sure that we have the most state of the art programming. This keeps us with an up to date calendar that is kept current every 10 minutes on the web to allow for reliable online bookings. Our software also takes care of ensuring that the owners trust account, guest payments, County taxes, Cleaning fees is always up to date. We take care of paying the cleaning fees, stay current on any changing tax law, book out and pay vendors. After closing out the month, statements are then emailed to the owners in a timely and accurate manner.

Owners have the ability to view their own home online, check the booking status, and review all statement and book online for their own stay. As an owner you will also have the ability to request either a full clean, partial clean or clean behind yourself. We request that any guest other than you have a full clean. No guest will clean as well as the owners.

Although many companies charge a monthly maintenance fee, we have not yet found it necessary to do this.

Incline At Tahoe Realty has 2 separate cleaning companies that we currently work with to provide exceptional cleaning service. We always have your home pre-checked prior to the guest’s arrival to ensure that our guest will receive the best that your home has to offer. Additionally our cleaning companies will clean prior to your next guest’s arrival or within 48 hours after the current guests depart. Because of the hands on experience with your home they will tell us immediately if there has been any kind of accident or damage. We are very fortunate that these things do not happen very often, but accidents do happen. The fees for cleaning or repair will come directly out of the tenant’s deposit.

Although we rely heavily on our cleaning company to tell the activities of guest we also inspect each of our condos up to 3 times per year or as needed

Incline At Tahoe Realty has an extensive list of contractors and handymen that can take care of any issue that might arise. We have weeded through the overpriced and less skilled people and have a very tight relationship with them. Most are willing to put our needs at the top of their list when asked to.
